What is Power Trading Group?
Power Trading Group is a Dallas-based futures trading automation and education company founded by Kyle Janas in 2017. It works on two sides: discretionary day trading, taught and traded live in the Trader's Thinktank, and automated trading through AutoPilot Trader.
I've been burned by alert rooms and trading bots before. Why is this different?
Most traders who find PTG have tried other rooms or bots first, so the skepticism is fair. The Thinktank teaches a framework and reviews your own trades instead of sending alerts to copy, and AutoPilot Trader publishes its full record, losing months included, with the raw data files so you can check it before you buy.
How do I choose between the Thinktank and AutoPilot Trader?
Choose the Thinktank if you want to build the skill and can give the first two hours of the trading session. Choose AutoPilot Trader if your schedule or your emotions get in the way of execution and you want fixed rules to take the trades. Many members start in the Thinktank and add automation later.
Do I need trading experience?
No. AutoPilot Trader is configured for you and makes every trading decision, and new Thinktank members start with the included Two Hour Trader course as their introductory strategy.
Is there a free trial?
There is no free trial of either product. Thinktank memberships can be cancelled anytime, and the included THT Signals indicator plots the same entries, targets and stops as AutoPilot Trader's Two Hour Trader strategy, so members can watch it on their own charts before automating it.
Where can I see AutoPilot Trader's results?
Every published figure is on the performance and risk page, with drawdowns printed beside returns and daily data files free to download. Published figures are simulated, monthly review videos recap the account as it actually traded, and no result is guaranteed.
